Write to us
Email Mohamed_said@beautyspace.io. Please include the phone number on your Beauty Space account, and the booking number if your question is about a booking — it looks like EG-2026-000123.
About a booking
The quickest way to agree the details of a booking — the address, the look, anything to bring — is the chat with your artist, which opens once she accepts your request.
If something has gone wrong with a booking itself, write to us with its number.
Your account
You sign in with your phone number and a code we send on WhatsApp. There is no password to forget. If a code does not arrive, check the number and the country, and ask for a new code after a minute.
For makeup artists
To join, open the app, choose “I’m a makeup artist” and send your profile. We review every application before it goes live.
