Use of Application: Beauty Space is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use our application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Beauty Space.

User Accounts: In order to access certain features of Beauty Space, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Privacy Policy: Your use of Beauty Space is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using Beauty Space, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property: All content and materials available on Beauty Space, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Beauty Space or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee may apply if either the client or the makeup artist cancels an appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. The cancellation fee will be determined by Beauty Space and will be charged to the party responsible for the cancellation.

Third-Party Links: Beauty Space may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Beauty Space or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or inability to use Beauty Space.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Beauty Space and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Beauty Space, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of another user.

Changes to Terms: Beauty Space reserves the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on Beauty Space. Your continued use of Beauty Space following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Disclaimer for Safety During Appointments: Beauty Space acts solely as a platform connecting clients with artists. We are not responsible for any incidents or outcomes that occur during appointments facilitated through our service. Safety during appointments is the sole responsibility of the parties involved. We strongly advise making appointments in secure locations such as hotels or other safe venues.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
